workspace performance insights (wpi) is wow tomorrow’s tool for assessing office quality through data. It combines an anonymous employee survey taking around 13 minutes, a visual report and expert interpretation with practical recommendations.
Unlike conventional employee surveys, wpi focuses specifically on the physical working environment and its impact on productivity, sense of belonging and collaboration. It goes beyond a snapshot of sentiment to provide a reliable basis for decisions about refurbishment, relocation or optimisation.
wpi is used by medium-sized organisations with around 50 or more employees, as well as educational institutions such as universities and schools. The survey is fully GDPR-compliant.
